Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Tacticards: Global Match ("Game") application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service set by WORKEXE LTD ("Company", "We"). If you do not accept the terms, please do not play the game.

2. Account Creation and Security

• You may create an account using "Continue with Google" to save your in-game progress.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. You are liable for all activity on your account (even if unauthorized).
• An account cannot be sold, transferred, or shared with others.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

The game includes virtual currencies such as "Stars" and "Coins" as well as in-game digital cards.

• Ownership

  These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or sold on any platform outside the Company. All ownership rights to virtual items belong to the Company; you are granted only a license to use them in-game.

• Refunds

  Purchases of digital content and virtual currency are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases made through Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies.

• Account Reset

  When using the "Start with New Team" feature, you accept that your match progress will be reset while your cards and balances are preserved.

4. User Conduct and Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited to keep the game fair and enjoyable:

• Modifying the game's code, reverse engineering, or using cheat/hack programs.
• Manipulating the global matchmaking system or using bots (automated software).
• Using in-game bugs/glitches or exploits for unfair advantage.

Accounts that violate these rules may be permanently suspended or deleted without prior notice.

5. Service Interruptions and Updates

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue Tacticards: Global Match entirely. You accept that your access to the game may be temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance, technical failures, or updates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, interface designs, texts, graphics, card designs, and the Tacticards brand belong to WORKEXE LTD. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Company cannot be held liable for data loss on your device.
