1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of users ("User", "You") is collected, used, and protected when using the mobile application Tacticards: Global Match ("Game"), developed and published by WORKEXE LTD ("Company", "We", or "Us"). By using the Game, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

2. Data We Collect

To provide the Game and improve your experience, we collect the following data:

• Google Account Information

  When you sign in with "Continue with Google", your email address, name, and profile photo.

• Age Information

  Your declared year of birth to protect children's privacy and ensure content suitability.

• In-Game Data

  Your in-game progress such as cards you own, match history, selected teams, and your "Star" and "Coin" balances.

• Device and Analytics Data

  Device model, operating system version, IP address, and in-game crash reports.

3. Purpose of Data Use

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide the Game and global matchmaking system without interruption.
• To secure your account and synchronize your progress across devices (via Supabase infrastructure).
• To provide customer support and fix in-game errors.
• To comply with legal obligations (UK GDPR, COPPA, etc.).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell your personal data directly to third parties for advertising purposes. However, your data may be processed by the following trusted service providers to deliver, improve, and support the service:

• Supabase: Database management and user authentication.
• Google Play Services & Google Analytics: In-game performance tracking and store services.
• Google AdMob: Your device advertising ID (Advertising ID) may be processed to display in-game ads and measure ad performance.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): In-game purchases are processed entirely through Google Play (or the relevant app store) infrastructure. Tacticards does not access or store direct financial data such as credit card numbers on its servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 depending on jurisdiction). Users who declare they are below the age limit on the Age Gate screen are not allowed third-party sign-in (Google Login) or are offered a limited game experience.

6. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Rights (GDPR)

Users have full control over their personal data.

• Data Retention: Your data is actively stored until you delete your account or game services are permanently discontinued.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete all your data via the "Delete My Account" button in the in-game "Profile/Settings" menu.
• You may contact us for requests to access, correct, or export your data.
